I have to agree that the Bears are NOT Super Bowl contenders as of now. Having said that, I think there's a good chance they'll make a deep run next season and possibly win it all.

I think they are in contention for becoming a tier 1 team but we really can't make that prediction until the draft shakes out and we see if Pagano's D can be as good as Fangios, and see how the new FA signings fit into their new roles.

Also, I've brought this up yesterday but Nagy's playoff experience is not so great. He has only won ONE playoff game and that was 4 years ago when he was a QB coach.
