The Tigers are #1 for Ted Lilly. If Ted Lilly goes to the Tigers, you will probably also see Theriot's name in the same trade.

Theriot, Baker, or Fontenot especially with Brandon Inge being out for 4-6 weeks. They are looking for bullpen help though as well. That appears to be top priority on Dombrowki's list. He may wait to see what Sox and Twins do first.

They can't wait for the Sox to do something, they are moving down and down in the standings. Thereiot to the Tigers has to be a done deal. I think Baker will do a better job than Theriot.

This exaclty does not say it's related to Lilly but I think it is.

Twitter / Tom Pelissero: Might mean something, migh ...

I wonder why they are there if it's related to Lilly because you would think the Cubs would want spects in return for Lilly. Maybe Jeff Manship, and Jose Mijares the Cubs are looking at. It might not even be related to Lilly because I really don't see anybody on the Twins roster the Cubs could ask for. I also forgot, maybe there looking at the Indians but I wouldn't know why and for who.

Ted Lilly to the Mets is reportedly on life support. The Mets lost a lot of interest in Lilly. No surprise here and I see him going to the AL Central.

Since Lilly's outing yesterday, it has "uptick" the interest in him. Good news and JH should trade him while his stock is high.

Jason Stark on Lilly:

Ted Lilly

Unlike the two guys above him on this list, there's one thing we can say for sure about Lilly: He will get traded, probably any day now.

At least a half-dozen teams are still in on him -- a group headed by the Tigers, Mets and Dodgers. And the Cubs are officially in nearly-everything-must-go mode. So not only are they confident they can trade this guy, but they Cubs are also telling teams they don't have to pay any of the approximately $5.5 million he has left on his deal this year.

"They said they're going to move him," said an official of one club. "And they've got enough action where they won't have to pay any of the money."

But Lilly -- who also has a limited no-trade clause -- isn't a fit for everybody. One scout said of him: "His velocity is down and he has to go to a club with a big park, a fly-ball park. He can't pitch in a small park anymore." But an executive of one team who loves him said: "He's never been a velocity guy. He's a pitcher. And he likes the action. He likes facing tough lineups. He likes facing those tough right-handed hitters. I really don't see that decrease in velocity as an issue."

It takes only one team that agrees with that assessment. And the Cubs, in this case, have a lot more than one to choose from.

Any day, WOW. But, I said he will be traded before his next start and it could be more likely now. Can't wait.

The Cubs will like to trade Lilly before his next start on Tue and the Sun-Times notes, there is a good chance he will be traded by the end of the weekend.

Hopefully they can get some good prospects when he's traded.

Also Lilly have a limited NTC and will but accept a trade to the Phills and Twins, but will accept a trade to the Tigers and Mets.

Unconfirmed Rumor: Lilly to the Dodgers. They have almost all the spects in the deal and the trade schould be completed doo. I found this on the Dodgers forum.

It could be real as they Cubs want to trade Lilly by Tue, there's a good chance he will be traded by the end of the weekend and the Dodgers have good interest in him as they need SP, will cost cheaper in money and spects.

This has nothing to do with Lilly but Dan Haren is another pitcher that the D'backs are determine to move before his start on Tue.
