Horrible take on Mustipher for the article, there is nothing that Mustipher did in Chicago that warranted the Bears keeping him. If he somehow went to the Ravens and is all of a sudden a much, much better player, then that is a definite indictment on the coaching staff in Chicago

As a veteran of youth sports, I see too many coaches who don't get it. Positive reinforcement for a kid who is trying, but not making it happen is the way to go.
