I mean, Dmelt was able to post facts on why he thinks nothing will come of it. And while I don't really agree, I can at least see where he is coming from.

He really didn't provide any facts either. Truth is, there really are no facts right now to use for or against his guilt. The only fact is that he's being investigated for a crime (likely rape, though I'm not sure if it's been confirmed). I'm making my assumptions that he's innocent mostly on a lack of evidence, nothing more.

Problem is, we don't know what evidence they have. It's a high caliber case due to Kane's level of celebrity. Hell, it took them almost 2 days to admit they were investigating Kane. Their not going to give out any evidence until they have a case; cause if they did, and the case gets dropped or he's found not guilty, he's got himself quite the law suit.
They may have a ton of evidence but until they think it's a solid case their not going to say anything.
