Whether Kane is charged or not, I think he's looking at a suspension from the team.

All hypothetical, of course. Due process and all that. But like I said the start, I don't see Kane being able to play a full 82 games for the Hawks this year, no matter what the outcome is.

I don't quite understand how you believe he'll get a suspension if he's not charged.
