Or you know.... As already been reported 1,000 fucking times, that they are waiting on the test results from the rape kit. Unfortunately there is no iPhone app that scientifically proves anything in a second. The kit takes time to test, especially depending on if they are back logged with other things to test.

We "know" (or at least have seen multiple online eyewitness reports) that Kane has a tendency to get blackout drunk and abusive (his U of W escapades in particular). For all we know, he didn't even know what he was doing. Hopefully he remembers ...

My point was we don't know shit about this specific instance. For Sunbiz to again come around with Kane not being guilty is a fucking joke and is what's wrong with our society's view on sexual assault.
