If he's not charged or acquitted, he'll stay with the team. After all McDonut still has the wifebeater Hull as an ambassador.

If he's not charged or acquitted, he'll stay with the team. After all McDonut still has the wifebeater Hull as an ambassador.

If he's proven guilty, get him the **** off the team.

Perhaps. My point was, if he's not proven guilty the team might not do anything since Bobby Hull, a Wifebeater, is still an Ambassador. It would open up an interesting can of worms that McDonut might not want opened.

Many people are assuming Kane is a guilty rapist. Pretty pathetic tbh. And it's pretty pathetic how easily a woman can claim rape on a man. I'm sure so many cases of rape were consenting, but the woman got pissed off about being called a whore. It happened at my high school once and my friends high school once. The girl at my high school was a huge whore and fucked everyone. Well one night she got wasted and proceeded to get Dped by two guys. Everyone at the party called her the biggest whore, so in retaliation she claimed rape with the police. The rape claim was going to stick, but a handful of witnesses stated she was the one who instigated the 3 way. If it wasn't for people at the party seeing her consent, the two guys would be in jail even though all parties agreed to the 3 way. What is messed up about this is the girl wasn't even charged for filing a fake police report and didn't face any other charges of lying to the police. It's like women can keep claiming rape with no legal consequences until a case finally "sticks"......... for what it's worth, Ben Roethlisberger was in the same position a while back and nothing happened to him. Women pull this shit all the time.

The biggest issue I have is kane cheating on his wife. I think that is being overshadowed. Unless kane is in an open relationship his marriage might be over. Having a stranger allege rape on kane is karma for cheating. I don't have pity for him at all. That's my feelings on the other part of this matter

Kobe was found innocent with his rape allegation. These things happen with big name stars. It is this own idiotic decision that's puts them in that situation to begin with. In my opinion, celebs and athletes who screw random strangers, especially on drugs and/or alcohol, deserve to be where they are at. Even if the courts find said person innocent, the label that follows said athlete/celeb is well earned

Because that's how reasonable doubt works. It's not 50/50. It's not neutral. According to the law he is presumed to be innocent and must be proven guilty. That burden lies 100% on the prosecution. Unless the incident was video taped or there are independent witnesses, then it will come down to him saying it was consensual and her saying it was not. He said/she said does not scale the reasonable doubt wall.

I'm an attorney. You don't have to tell me how reasonable doubt works. My point is we don't know the evidence yet! Further, it is absolutely false to say a defendant can't ever be convicted in a he said/she said case. Go sit in a domestic violence courtroom if you don't believe me.
