Depends on who you ask. Some think he's the greatest backhawk to ever live. Personally, I think he can't hold a candle to Stan Mikita both as a hockey player and as a person.
With regards to Kane, though. Let's say he is guilty, for the sake of argument:
I would look at him as an exceptional hockey player who threw it all away because he was a smegma-encrusted douchenozzle who, like Freddy Montero, never learned "No Means No." (probably a very esoteric reference).

DNA tests sent to the state crime lab (which I guess might be what's happening here) can take weeks and even months to yield results. There is a huge backlog of requests and a limited number of people to deal with them. They can shift your spot in the line a little bit, but I'd imagine a rape case is probably lower priority than unsolved murders and such. We had a murder case here that relied heavily on DNA, and those results took eight weeks to get back.

I wonder why Kobe Bryant was arrested so soon after the medical exams for both (2 days). Was she bruised up? There must have been other physical evidence unless they got the rape kit back overnight.
