Not once have I made any assumptions about Kane's guilt or innocence. Not touching that because there's so little information out there right now that I have no way to make an intelligent conclusion.

Well, I'm listening to ESPN1000 today. So I know nothing of what Bernstein did or did not say. But from the times I have listened to him, I know he's at least smart enough to not go out on limbs like that, especially when there's such little information out there.

I will say that it would be unfathomable that the number of false rape reports exceeds the number of unreported instances of rape. Part of that is due to rape shaming, which is what you are doing by automatically assuming this girls a liar. Let the facts play out.
