Not surprised even a sleaze bucket lawyer like him would get away from this dumpster fire accuser and her entourage asap now that this has went from being the usual legal shakedown and entered disbarment/jail territory. Ask Mike Nifong. When you start planting false evidence in an attempt to call the integrity of real evidence into question, you enter a whole new, very serious world. What people like Julie DeCaro and all of the other assholes on the Score don't understand or refuse to admit is that gold diggers and liars like Kane's, Rose's, Kobe's and Michael Irvin's accusers and of course the stripper idiot from the Duke LaCrosse case make it disadvantageous and impossible for actual rape victims to come forward and get assholes who really did commit rape in prison where they belong. "Rape culture" is not just perpetuated by Wrigleyville Chad Bro ****** frat assholes. It's also prevalent because most of the women who really were violated in that manner are afraid to come forward because they they most likely will get lumped in with the piles of trash I mentioned earlier.

WGN news just reported the accusers friend/witness, that was present the morning of the incident does not want to testify.

He knew exactly what he was doing -- trying to poison the well after the evidence was leaked, all but exhonerating Kane -- and it backfired. If it's true her eye witness no longer wants to testify she is sunk, that's the only credible thing left in the complaint. Even if she had bites and scratches allegedly from Kane, by attempting to tamper with the validity of the DNA evidence they screwed the pooch. Hard to not see it as a money grab at this point.

I'm pretty sure not one person you think was "against Kane" was ever truly against him. As I've stated before, that would mean we wanted the accuser to get raped, just so Kane got in trouble. Sorry, but none of us wanted that nor implied that.

Also, DA confirmed that the DNA results were given to both sides, so the leaks of it exonerating Kane are true.
