The DA also suggested that some of the leaks to the media that have been reported are untrue. So keep that in mind. I don't think I'm gonna believe anyone's "sources" for the rest of this case. I wanna hear it from the DA or someone's lawyer first-hand or I'm not gonna believe it.

Uh, no. The DA confirmed two things today. 1) He did release DNA results to both sides, so you can trust the leaks that exonerate Kane, and 2) If the complainant knew of her mom's actions or was involved, it's over.
To pretend like nothing that happened over the last 48 hours matters is quite delusional.

It's increasingly hard to discern the differences between actual reporters, and random vox populi. One problem I've had with some actual reporters, is their assertion that PK should not be allowed in training camp. To me that infers a bias of presumed guilt. That's their way of skirting the issue without actually proclaiming him guilty. I'm sure many have also proclaimed him innocent without actually using those words.
Like I said before, the only person I trust to convey the truth is the DA. Until this is over, the witch hunters should be rendered mute. The witch hunter hunters...I haven't yet decided.

"much ado about nothing", lawyer removes himself from case, so-called tampered evidence is discredited, the victim's friend backs off from testifying....maybe it's because that award winning Tim Graham didn't report it. This case is far from over but it's not looking good for all parties involved at this point.

Because saying that our society has a problem with sexual assault and rape suddenly makes all the folks with blinders freak out or and claim it's all bullshit is the real problem. That people can't understand that there are females out there who are scared for their life to come forward as they are afraid to face the same doubt, slut shaming, ignorant comments and slander that this woman has, though it probably won't be on the national side, but more close to home. Say Kane did rape this woman (hypothetically), after all the shit that has been said about her on social media and the Internet, what female would ever want to come out and endure that? Hell, most of those comments were made at the very beginning of the accusations, before we had any other facts or saw any false facts come up. You were claiming a woman lied about it, being a gold digger, wanting a pay day, because she "knew" what was going to happen at Kane's house.
That's the biggest issue here, and that's where most of you retards are fucking failing our society by jumping in, BEFORE any facts. Sorry some of us actually see the problem.

Where does the reporting stop an editorializing begin? I honestly think there are lines drawn in the sand, but I also think people have gotten to the point where they'll believe any narrative that suits their position.

Scores more never result in charges, like this one won't, and according to those stats, unless she admits it, it won't be a false accusation.
