People see what they want to see beefy. I could post the same number of tweets and shit from the other sides who were calling the accuser a gold digger, slut, tramp etc etc from day one before a detail at all was ever confirmed (thats the issue people like me took..fear not the kane bashing too was and still is an issue in this all). You continually miss that pretty obvious point everyone is making around here in this thread.
But at last i dont have a twitter account and dont spend much more than 10 minutes a day reading random tweets i see posted around elsewhere. Im old and i admit that i dont and will never understand the fascination with needing to read what every tom dick john samantha and leslie think about 24 hours a day in a paragraph form with no substance. Its just not my thing. Glad others get off on it but its not for me. Its boring and a train wreck of people who need to be seen and heard all the fucking time.

The problem is that everyone in the world feels a need to pick a side these days, so everyone quickly rushes to judgment one way or the other and entrenches themselves in that camp.
I don't understand what's so wrong with people admitting that they don't have a fucking clue about what happened that night or what will happen with this case. There's nothing wrong with that

I usually watch\read 4-5 US outlets (more if I am bored or up at 3:00am from drinking, getting all up in this club, and can't watch any more infomercials since I spent all my money on booze and earlier infomercials).
I would like to believe that the story or true narrative is somewhere in the middle. And yes I will do the major polarizers and foreign.

And as for Kane having to deal with road fans? Nothing new although yes the trolling will be harder. Mr Kane is a big boy and should know by now that with wealth and celebrity comes ridicule and name calling etc etc. I think he will be fine and doesn't need his social media "friends" changing his diapers when he gets called a bad name. Im sure Kane has real friends and family who will help him through what ever struggles he has. Dont need season ticket holders who shake his hand and small talk with him posing as his real friends and family yapping on and on and making things about themselves.
I can only speak for Vancouver fans. They didn't like Kane from day one. I will speculate from what I hear from other fan bases that it's the same elsewhere. Outside of Chicago and Buffalo it never appeared to me that Kane was a very popular player with hockey fans unless one was less than 10 years old (nothing wrong with that mind you). Obviously a lot of that has to do with other fans being envious. Also has to do with some fans not liking another players brash cockiness unless said player is on their team. Silly I know but thats how many sports fans think. Kane would be hated in Chicago if he played for any other team let's be honest. Hell I don't care for him that much but def admire his skill levels as a player.
I may be an asshole saying this. But I really don't feel sorry for Patrick Kane. Shitty he has to go through this all if innocent and yes there will be left over douchebags and assholes who will always believe Kane is a rapist. Some of us will be shamelessly joking about him( such as myself) while some his constant defenders will take it the wrong way and get all worked up. Thats going to happen. Shouldn't keep anyone up at night. Other people go through much more difficult things in their lives with limited if any support system and very little income to help ease some of the problems if not make it a little easier to escape their problems even if just for a short time.
Kanes going to be oooookay at the end of this if things keep going his way which they appear to be doing so.
