hahahaha Bolland score? he can't score with 2nd line minutes..no hope for hell with him scoring with 4th line minutes and gong 20% in the circle.

Stalberg does have to hit twine instead of goalposts for sure.

Saads my concern as far as the depth guys goes..piece of crap Saad. Even that Krug rookie in Boston is scoring goals and hes a fucking blueliner. Playoff Saad blows I would bench that little turd and call up a black ace..even the worst one would be better than Saad the no show. Bolland and Stalberg may have not scored in a long time but Saad hasn't scored at all these playoffs and hasn't even hurt an opposition player while slumping. Waste of a roster spot if you aren't going to head hunt someone while not scoring and sucking balls on defense. At least Stalberg gave us a conspiracy these playoffs.

None are more of a concern than Toews and Kane though. I still claim Kane is serious hurt and you all are going to eat fucking huge crow when he is getting 5 surgeries in the offseason.

I can't understand how Frolik and Kruger have goals....and Stalberg, Saad, Bolland don't have 1

Even Hjarllmarsson should have 1 if not the disallowed goal

My one guess is Frolik and Kruger hit here and there and create turnovers (and they aren't bad along the boards..not great but not bad). Saad does none of that shit. Stalberg just hits posts he should be at least up to 3 goals by now and hes not really hitting that much either causing the turn overs. Bolland just sucks unless you need someone to head hunt an opposition player.

Bolland at least used to be a decent playoff performer - first 43gms - 14g-20a - 34pts +13

Last 2 years - 16gms - 0g - 4a - 4pts -3

Stalberg in playoff history - 26gms - 1g - 5a - 6pts - E

Frolik in the playoffs - 26gms - 7g-6a-13pts - +4 (I was a bit shocked by this)

jesus Froliks a playoff monster. Little shocked by those numbers too. Just one of those guys that elevate in the playoffs I guess? He never really faces the harder opposition players though does he?

Stalbergs a playoff flop. Was hoping it would be different this season but the writings on the wall.

I was too by Stalberg...contract year and all

But he's been very, very inconsistent and invisible at times. For his size/speed...he and Saad on that third line need to put some pressure on the Kings and then Bruins.

I think they were on the ice for the first GA

I sort of agree with TCD on Saad.

Although he is a rookie, he is one of the guys that is really lacking in production lately. Much like Frolik in the regular season, he just can't seem to find any finish, but gets a shitload of chances.

Is Saad scoring? Nope. Am I surprised by this? Nope. Are Toews and Kane scoring? Nope. Am I surprised by this? Alarmingly so.... There's no comparison here.

I can see what he's saying about Saad

He was given a first line role all season - and the second half of the shortened season, he was damn near a PPG player

And not really doing anything offensively

The Hawks having to move Bickell up and Saad down...has made that 3rd line rather unproductive

You know what? This may sound cliche and dumb but guys like Saad and Stalberg don't look like they are having fun out there. Guys like Shaw, Bickell, Frolik and Kruger look like they are having fun and just playing the game. Maybe that's the problem with these guys esp Saad the plumber. They aren't having fun and treating it like a game but more of a life sentence. **** maybe that's Kane and Toews issue also. Neither of those guys smile one fucking bit these playoffs so far. Sometimes Toews is far to fucking serious for me and it rubs off in a negative way sometimes on other players. I hated fucking playing on teams with a guy that never lightened the **** up. Maybe Toews put the fear in Saad and now hes frozen stiff in fear that Toews will rip his balls off if they don't win the cup. Guys like Frolik and Kruger probably hang out together and avoid Toews off the ice..probably for the best. ;)

He has also played, what, twice as many games as he ever had in his career to this point this season? This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Toews and Kane on the other hand....

Saad has played 92 professional games this season against grown men. The most he has ever played is 59, against teenage kids. I don't know why anyone is surprised that he has kind of hit a wall. At least he's not hurting the Hawks.

So the rest of the rookies around the league in these playoffs should be goose egged also? That rookie shit excuse is lame. Krug and Troffoli have played less NHL games than Saad yet they are potting goals for their teams these playoffs.

You're missing the point. This has nothing to do with him being a rookie and everything to do with how much hockey he has been subjected to this season.

So the excuse now is that he has played more games than he is used to so he is tired? That's a stretch of all stretches.

Next excuse will be that he isn't eating the right things for breakfast right?

Are you just naturally argumentative? This is a well known fact in ALL sports and ALL young athletes. It isn't an excuse pulled out of thin air like "Kane is injured". It's a well known fact that players typically hit a wall when playing substantially more than they have in the past... Plenty of examples out there.
