Defense really needs to stop them on teh first drive. Getting behind 14 points would be extremely difficult to come back from.

Apparently ownership isn't..This teams ineptitude is all on them for letting Phillips retain Angelo all these years, his work for the Bears was bearing fruit years ago and the shit is officially rotten. It's gonna take a few years to get the team back to a consistent state of respectability, with the starting point being a total house cleaning with scouts and the coaching.

Funny, I've been down to vandy plenty of times to party/hangout and they all say hes an arrogant prick but the teammates liked him a lot. Must not know many nfl guys, as I do. I can name you 3 patriot players who say they hate Brady.

This defense sucks and has sucked. Their whole basis and scheme is predicated on the offense making mistakes/drops. Without those mistakes this defense fails. Thats why they suck. you cannot just play conservative "oh lets hope the offense makes those darn mistakes"

This defense has been good enough most years to have us in playoff contention if we had a competent offense. With the field position we have had today a competent offense would have put up more points.
