Apparently ownership isn't..This teams ineptitude is all on them for letting Phillips retain Angelo all these years, his work for the Bears was bearing fruit years ago and the shit is officially rotten. It's gonna take a few years to get the team back to a consistent state of respectability, with the starting point being a total house cleaning with scouts and the coaching.

Well they did get rid of Angelo and took Mikey out of the FO. We will just have to wait and see what Emery does this off season.

It shouldn't be all on Cutler, it seems when he throws to someone other then Marshall bad things happen. The Hester as a wide out has never worked as they wanted to and they keep banging their heads on the brickwall instead of getting someone else to play wide receiver . It's a stubborn attitude that is all on Lovie Smith.
The Pack always seems to find players to plug into their system, but then again they HAVE a system.
