They can go .500 in pt% the rest of the way and finish with 60 pts...this season 59pts is the new 100 pts.

Did anyone seriously think that two players would turn the Wild from basement dwellers to contenders? Colorado, Edmonton, Calgary rounding out the loser division? Just wait until Edmonton and Colorado finish their rebuilding process, maybe Minnesota creeps in there unless Parise and Suter keep them in limbo ala Iginla and Kipper in Calgary. Vancouver will be out of the playoffs before they know it.

I give EDM about 2 years before they are regulars in the playoffs. Top 5 picks year after year eventually pays off.
