Ice cream cone because ice cream cones in the winter are the best. No drippy mess.
Not at all hungry now but this avocado is looking ripe as ****. Gotta have it while it's at its best, then I can shut it down for the day.
TBH, don't see the need. Active with the kids, play lots of basketball with them and some football with the boys but likely at my lowest body fat % ever and certainly did not have to work hard at it. Not sedentary but, nah, no exercise program here. My "eating lifestyle" lends itself to a leaner, more toned body in itself.do you work out? or are you just diet derrick?
Bone broth is a swizz fad.
6 eggs, 6 slices bacon, bulletproof coffee
I'll list calories today for those interested in those sort of things. 660 calories for the bacon and eggs. Coffee calories include 100 calories from 1oz heavy cream +fats added which amounts to 39g (11g in 1tbsp Butter+28g in 2tbsp MCT oil) and all that equals 451 calories. First meal 1,111 calories.
How do you cook the eggs, this is vital.

I've been eating Kippered Herring lately instead of Sardines. Not sure about the calories or such, I just like the taste better. And trying my 2nd can of sardines. The first I tried a couple of days ago was with tomato sauce, didn't get any real taste from that sauce though. This one is with olive oil and must be a light olive oil cause not tasting that either. Sardines, themselves, are good though. Also taking tbsp of cod liver oil while I'm at it. Add 210 calories for the sardines and 135 for the cod liver oil. Puts the running total at 1455 calories.
Today, scrambled. Cook them after I cook the bacon so I can use some of the bacon grease to cook them in. I'll also have fried eggs less often. And some days I'll just have hard boiled. How do you cook the eggs, this is vital.

HHM says sardines are best. I have no cause to doubt him.I've been eating Kippered Herring lately instead of Sardines. Not sure about the calories or such, I just like the taste better.
I'm pretty liberal with the salt except the rare occasion when I'll have them with that ketchup w/no sugar added cause there's salt in that. Sometimes, if I'm feeling fancy, I'll throw shredded cheese on the eggs while they're cooking so it melts right in.Yeah that's how I do it... I do the bacon in the oven and then I save/re-use the grease to cook the eggs.
I feel like I always under salt my scrambled eggs.
Anyone have scrambled eggs tips?

You can usually scare those salt demons away by adding pepper.I feel like I salt the **** out of my eggs, then when I eat them they seem like they have no salt.
I am convinced there are salt demons stealing the salt from my eggs when I turn my back.
Keto-wise, more salt is a good thing and high blood pressure not a concern. The restriction of carbs means less water being retained and greater need for salt and electrolytes.Herring is very similar to sardines, and both have similar nutrient values. Herring might have a little more vitamins, and sardines a bit more minerals, but both are great sources of protein and omega 3s, while also low in mercury compared to other fish. Same fish family. You can't go wrong either way, except too much sodium if you are eating a can or more every day.
