Don't often do breakfast but when I do it is a rather late Breakfast of Champions with high fat content and likely enable me to go the rest of the day without eating anything else. Had bullet proof coffee (50 grams of fat added w/butter, MCT oil and cream), 6 fried eggs, 6 strips bacon, 1 salmon filet.

Your diet is vile to my taste and sensibilities, and despite your youtube education, my common sense tells me you don't know wtf you're talking about. I say this as someone in their 50s that has a flat stomach and has never dieted one second of my life, so here's my program that I'm generously sharing with you:

Put aside gluttony. Put aside fasting and all this nonsense. Eat reasonable portions of balanced plant-based foods and get regular exercise.

All this prancing about with exotic caveman diets is all a mask for lacking control over your intake and laziness with exercise. Wake up son!!!!

P.S. - it's still not cool that you made AussieBear commit e-suicide over the dick picks you forced him to send to you.

Not a caveman diet, dork. And while all of you brain dead plebs have listened to the same common BS about “good diets” for the past half century, obesity has become epidemic and shows no signs of slowing down. The rest of you, while not considered obese, are still fat, soft, sugar dependent sickly sissies.

Plant based diets also do not offer enough key nutrients. Add the fact they also contain anti-nutrients and a wiser person would know to not just rely on a plant based diet. People doing that are an extra special kind of soft and have that skinny fat thing going on. All soft, both physically and mentally.

Aussie Bear was weak and thus committed the e suicide. Didn’t need bitches like you making up stories about it. He was always weak minded and bound to do it. You should do the same rather than continue your weak brain washed ways, you inane drone.

Sorry to disappoint you, I don't eat sweets, and have exercised on average 350 days/year each of the past 50 years. Been called lots of terrible things in my life, but never fat or weak.

You can talk shit all you want, but I could run circles around your lard-ass so thanks but no thanks for any health tips.

Technically I believe the Mediterranean diet has been proven to be the healthiest in terms of longevity and fighting off disease (cancer,Alzheimer’s, etc). Being ‘soft’ and not having rock hard abs doesn’t make you unhealthy. The diet where you eat 6 fried eggs and 6 strips of bacon for breakfast is not what I would want to bank my life on. I do love me some bacon tho

Tell me how you eat and I'll make that dumbass assessment. Where people mainly go wrong is they consume too many carbs/sugar and eat too frequently during the day. Why you people think eating things like eggs, bacon and salmon is dumbassery, I haven't a clue.

Really no such thing as a "Mediterranean diet". It simply refers to a region and it's more common foods. The obvious benefit of the type food they eat is it is not processed whereas the overwhelming majority of the food people eat here, in the US, is. Some Americans might try and then think they're following a Mediterranean diet but, in reality, they are not cause they are still taking in too much overly processed food. The only fats you need shy away from are the man made ones which are heavily processed. Think natural fats from meats, avocados, coconuts and olive oil as the good ones.

Why would I be disappointed you don't eat sweets? You make no sense. Do I believe you exercise 350 days out of the year for the past 50 years? Hell no and if you eat a plant based diet as you professed, you'd still be weak and couldn't run circles around a toilet bowl let alone a real man. Surprised you're that old though. Your posts seem like they come from a 9 year old with learning disabilities.

Wow and all of a sudden we have to argue about what we just ate rather than just eating it and reporting it....

I am eating a beer.
I’m drinking a loaded quesadilla with mushrooms, onions and green peppers

Tonight it's Greek lemon chicken and potatoes.

Threw a bunch of chicken thighs in a mixing bowl. Seasoned with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, oregeno, rosemary, and a bit of cayenne. Added some peeled and quartered russet potatoes, and mixed it all well with garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Let marinade for a few hrs.

Into the broiler pan skin side up, and wedged potato pieces between the chicken. Added a bit of chicken broth, marinade and some more kosher salt and black pepper. Cooked for 15. Flipped around, still skin side up. Repeat ×2 for a total cook time of 45 mins.

Removed chicken, put the oven on broil with the potatoes until nice and crusty. Pulled potatoes and put on serving tray with the chicken.

Broiler pan on oven, deglazed with white wine. Strained deglazed marinade and poured on chicken and potatoes.

Made a tomato / cucumber / red onion / feta salad in a red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing. Seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano.

Tonight we go to Cheese Cake Factory to burn off a Christmas gift card. I would rather have what you are doing, but it is a half a pound of butter on the special menu at the ole Cheeser fact tonight...

I'm still in the middle of it. First time trying this, so I'm gonna need to make some edits. Ended up with a lot of liquid in the pan, more than anticipated. Drained some off and I'll probably broil the chicken too to crisp it up better. I should have it figured out by the time you're done reading the 50 page Cheesecake Factory menu.

I already googled it earlier while I was eating my IPA "Best Cheesecake Factory dishes" and there were several conflicting ideas about that, so we will see what happens. Enjoy your dinner!

I ended up emptying about half the liquid around halfway through. At the end, I took the chicken out and put on a baking pan and crisped under the broiler for like 2 mins. Then put the potatoes back in inside the broiler, for like 4 mins. Killed the broiler, added the potatoes with the chicken on the baking sheet. There was still a lot of liquid so no need to deglaze. Spooned the liquid over the chicken and potatoes. Added some parm on top of all of it and popped back into the oven for several mins so the parm could melt. Came out really good.
