@Ares
I finally killed John (FC 5)! I immediately did the next two missions ending with Wrath. Very intense, loved it. I also unlocked the second specialist spot and the third gun slot. It's nice having Nick Rye circle above you.
A couple questions for you:
Can you spawn a helicopter somewhere beside the place you buy them?
Which is the best helicopter?
Which area (Jacob or Faith) should I head to next?
TIA
I enjoyed the John "boss" fight the most.
You can only spawn Cars, Helicopters, or Planes at the designated spots on the map where you can buy them.
However, you'll find more spots where you can spawn Helicopters.... the next main "base" you find will have one, and so will the one after that.
I found all the helicopters felt the same in terms of like speed/handling, just some have weapons/more weapons.
I bought the one with the Tiger stripe paint job lol.
You can head to w/e area you want but the story basically intends you to do John -> Faith (she'll start talking to you next on the radio) -> Jacob
I found no meaningful difference in difficulty between Faiths region and Jacob's, whereas I think after John's region they bring out a bit more difficulty in additional types of enemies... Angels, Heavies, etc.
I highly recommend making forays into Jacob's territory to unlock the additional characters that will help you.
If you use stealth, Jess and Peaches are a good combo.
One rando tip if you didn't notice it, but you only get 2 slots for allies, and while Nick Rye or the other lady who brings her helicopter are nice air support, keep in mind they cannot land and revive you, so it is usually wise to bring at least one ally on the ground.
