soffrito (sp) or trinity
garlic

protein (ground pork, beef, veal, bacon)
breadcrumbs
egg

cheese

herbs/spices

tomato gravysauce

steps are easy.

Couldn't find tomato gravysauce at the store to complete my list. :shrug:

I did see tomato sauce.

Recipe sounds great though.
