Boar's Head. Your pocket book will hate me, but your belly will love you for it.

Will need to see where I can get dis.... I don't get alot of lunch meat, so honestly I don't care too much about price.

We're talking I get 1/4 - 1/2 pound of meat and 1/4 pound of cheese a week lol.

Even if it cost 20$ a pound I would still have a cheaper lunch den if I got a sandwich downtown.

The truth of this statement is depressing

And we're talking like 1 lunch... 10-12$ maybe.

2$ for a loaf of bread, 5$ for 1/4 pound of meat and 5$ for a 1/4 pound of cheese.... das 12$ for my week of lunches compared to a single meal downtown potentially.

I don't know if y'all have a Rouses, but there name brand stuff is pretty good. Black forest ham is delicious. Cajun turkey. I also have been in love with Swiss cheese lately, but if you like a soft white cheese. I like Harvarti. You don't spread it around? Like a good roast beef? I like dry roast beef. Also, I think you need to spruce up them sammies with some condiments. Toss some red onions and lettuce in italian dressing. Does wonders for the sandwich. Also, Blue plate mayo. The only mayo that exist in my world.

I may die 20 years before you but, at least, I am going with a good taste in my mouth. Weirdo!

Just had a train wreck of deliciousness. Came home from the gym and the wife was cooking up some chopped bacon to add eggs to, obviously I had to intrude on that. We had chopped bacon, black beans, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese and I added ghost pepper salsa and the last of some six layer dip from Costco. I couldn't make any individual flavors out except the heat from the ghost pepper but it was fucking delicious

If you ever feel like doing a quick easy sauce for that, you can take lobster base and heavy cream. Reduce the cream down until thick with a little lobster base because it is extremely salty. Make the blackened Mahi-Mahi pop

Brown butter isn't bad. You could play with some citrusy sauces. If not blackened, I love to do a fresh fruit chutney over the top. Clean and refreshing. Mahi is such a heavy fish that it fits perfectly. Mahi is also great for fish tacos.
