Fish tacos from the place that Ares gets his cocaine honey mustard fix. Solid, but quite dependent on whatever spicy mayo sauce they put on it.

Tuna casserole. It was more like a tuna alfredo dish but it was delish. Besides for the mushrooms... I picked those evil things out

A rare treat for a primarily-Paleo guy:- sandwich.

Went to a great little/divey Vietnamese takeout spot, they do nothing but Banh Mi sammies, I went lemongrass chicken breast sandwich, w/extra jalapenos, absolutely NO mayo, cucumbers, cilantro, pickled carrots-daikon, all on a toasted French baguette. Sooo good, damn I miss bread

Coma shall soon ensue.

You'll be alright. I've been doing this alot lately but no morning or evening carbs, haven't noticed too much of an energy dip or cravings or anything like bloating. Hardcore paleos might think it's pretty weak though...

Thanks, I'm far from hardcore and have really never dieted and luckily don't need to. I'm nearly recovered from a sports injury that's had me on the sideline for a couple months and I've consciously made an effort to minimize my carb intake during my PT.

I will say this, if/when you only have one sandwich every couple weeks then that sandwich becomes a special treat as opposed to a mindless face-shoveling.
