Brett,
It is NOT lunch time yet. Lunch is meant to be eaten after noon. Anything consumed in the morning (before noon) would be considered breakfast.
Then you eat lunch in the afternoon and dinner in the evening (after 5:30pm).

Yeah, I eat breakfast around 5-6 am, lunch 1130 and then dinner well, that depends because of family, but ideally 5 pm

Went to a place in Orland Park called "Italio". Think Italian version of Chipotle. Nearly identical setup, but for the food choices. They are planning to put one downtown to capture some of the lunch rush. Food was good, if slightly over priced. Also, it's going to be a friggin gold mine.
