Thank you. I was starting to worry that this shit was going to get really serious.

It is serious, so far only have 1 thing if Tater gives me that recipe.

The taco salad didn't sound terrible but we had tacos last week so....yeah.

It's always fun to change up your burgers like TSD said. Onion burgers (with onion soup mix) Bacon burgers with real bacon bits mixed into the meat. Taco burgers with Taco seasoning in the meat. There are a zillon things you can do.

I rocked some awesome burgers couple weeks ago, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Soy sauce. Grill was a bit too hot and really searing the juices.....which created eating problems.

I know you are doing burgers, however I am a fan of the Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie.Real simple. You can substitute ground chicken or turkey with ease, and leftovers are awesome. It goes well with a salad with raspberry vinaigrette, and you can also do sweet potato tater tots or fries.

I also am a fan or the pork loin in your grocers refrigerator case. I usually wrap in in foil, fat side up and throw it on the grill. The fat constantly bastes the loin, and it comes out super juicy. While you got the grill goin, may as well do some garbage potatoes. get some small taters, or cut up bigger ones. I like to use yukon gold, fingerlings, and purple potatoes. Again, bust out the foil, throw the 'toes, olive oil, garlic (i like lots), maybe some green beans, really anything that may tickle you fancy. I throw a lot of cloves in there, and when you grill em, they become soft and delicious, like a healthyish pad of butter.I could seriously eat just straight grilled garlic. It isn't as strong as raw, and it is just fucking great.

I like doing thinks like sloppy joes because you can use it in a lot of different ways as leftovers. So you can do your sandwiches, then you can use it for a taco salad, tacos, nachos, or just get creative with it and use it anyway you would use beef or chicken.

Did anyone see that giant spatula they were selling on QVC yesterday? I thought it was a joke, but it is an actual item. You can fit 6 burgers on it or a whole flattened chicken. Very cool

For anyone with a waffle maker, takes some time to make everything but it might be the best thing I've ever cooked.

Steak Sandwiches on Bacon Waffle Bread

Dammit, mine is more of a belgium waffle maker...

Bri, even without making a sandwich, waffles are always a good dinner.

For anyone else who cares, I would stay away from the Kodiak waffle mix. It sucks. Aunt Jemima's makes a perfect base to get creative with.

That spatula sounds really awesome. It would be easy to make an omelet with. I love that cheeseburger pie stuff Jako. Bisquik has some good recipes on the back.

You must be quite the cook. That does sound good.

I love cooking, just don't have the time to do it as much as I want. I've always said if I couldn't fly anymore I'd probably go into cooking.

I have a belgian too, it's not ideal for the bread but it works pretty good anyway if you split one waffle in half and make the sandwich with just one waffle

I don't have a waffle maker I have to eat frozen ones. I do have some bacon flavored lip gloss coming that someone brought me back from Portland that I could wear while I'm eating them.

For the pork, get either Herb and Garlic, or Jerk A1 Marinade. Pour some of the marinade in the baking dish, put in the pork, pour the rest of the bottle on top, then bake it.

Easy. Awesome flavor.

Yep, the same can be done with chicken or pork loin. For beef I prefer the Cajun A1 Marinade. Pass on the steakhouse marinade though, not very flavorful.

Fish. Easy to grill or bake. Top with 1 clove of minced garlic mixed with 1/4 cup of lemon juice and a teaspoon of melted butter. Finally light salt and pepper for additional flavor. Simple and can be done in 15 min or less.

You can even bake with the sauce, just save some to top afterwards.

Sould always cook with the marinated unless grilling. And always better to let the marinate sit for and hour or so. I usually freeze the meat, fish, or poultry with the marinade. While thawing it will marinade itself!

If any of you would like some BBQ sauce ideas, ever want Cherry BBQ sauce or Caribbean BBQ sauce? Both are sweet and look very good.
