What the hell do I cook this week

I've had some professional cherry BBQ before, and I wasn't too impressed for some reaosn, came out too sweet, which is strange because I like sweet with a kick of an aftertaste. I just think maybe it was too much cherry or something. Would love to see your recipes, I'm not usually a fan of jerk but in a bbq sauce it might be ok.. I would ask you how hot they are but you haven't made them! hah.

I just only recently received them, but from what Ive read in the recipe, its more of a balance of sweetness and spice. Its a very interesting recipe indeed.

Jako is a one of a kind character. Although his wisdom is probably more appreciated by the common man, I can see him holding his own conversationally, with the lowliest of the uneducated to the most pretentious of snobs and never making anyone feel bad about being who they are. Best movie theater popcorn in Chicago is another reason---besides the quality of the films---I love going to the Century. I love, love, love that they put out a whole selection of shake on seasonings/spices that you can help yourself to. That's good shit.



For convenience/drugstore/grocery store brands---Smartfood White Cheddar Cheese, good old-fashioned Jay's O-Ke-Doke (that I grew up on) or Hot Cheese Oke-Ke-Doke.
