Yes, there are more bars possible, but they aren't configured. What you're looking at(with that wasted space) is a vBulletin design. I'm not satisfied with it either, but after experimenting with it, this was one of the better outcomes from the stock look. Also, I do think a lot of people also like how it looks(or should I say, prefer it to the default vBulletin rep bar design). To configure and add more rep bars would mean jumping off vBulletin's own standard, which means every time we updated vbulletin to new versions, the mods might break(or the rep counts might break). That is one issue with such a large forum system, and I hope to keep the rep system accurate for years to come(outside of rep trolls.)
