My typical drink is vodka and diet 7up. Since its mixed I just buy the big bottle at costco (greygoose knockoff) and it is decent.

Other than that I like to drink local beers. Mainly Sours, American Pales, IPA's and some ambers and lagers on occasion.

At home from time to time I will drink a cheap beer and reasonably good whiskey with a couple of cubes. Have some wine barrel aged crown that is good right now. But typically XO or Reserve is decent enough.

The wife likes her whiskey and diet, with a lime. Or she will have a Malbec

Went up to Milwaukee Public Market about a month ago.
for those who don't know, it's like an indoor market, and in it, is a seafood restaurant that sells one of the best bloody marys I've ever had.
It has a huge lobster claw in it and some fish jerkys and it also comes with a small glass of beer.
Price was only like $9 I think.

The worlds gone to shit, I need an upgrade in poison. Something really mind numbing. Maybe erasing. Maybe permanent.

Mostly been a bourbon person for the past few years but recently decided to try some cognac. Enjoying it. I drink both neat.

For beer, I'll drink most anything but IPA and Double/Imperial IPAs especially. Was in Cleveland this weekend, had some beers at a little micro called Platform. Exceptional stuff.

Yeah...if you are ever up near Big Tree national park, Big Bear area, stalk out a little place called "Snowshoe" Brewery.

Three FLoyds makes some really solid shit. Still slightly irritated that I missed Dark Lord Day the year I had tickets (was in Africa instead, so I supose that's acceptable).

It's not particularly special. My, off the boat, German professor brought us some; I was more impressed by the chunk of the "wall" he had chilling in his garage.
