I see that as less of a negative than the positives are positive.

Theres a reason you don’t see many 5’7 guys in the NBA.

Same reason you don’t see many 32 inch armed tackles.

Not saying never…. Because never say never in sports. Just being realistic based on prior history

If JSN is really this good just take him and don’t look back.
Used two Draft picks trading for WR help because Pace was slow in the Head ?

But sure could use him.

Anderson is obviously top 10. Just didn't include him because he isn't a realistic option at 9

I don’t think we talk about Myles Murphy enough. He would walk in day 1 and be our best dline. Certainly seems to have the physical skills but needs someone to diversify his pass rush skills. I know most draft boards have him in the teens but he’s a perfect fit for the defense. Would rather have one of the tackles personally but I definitely wouldn’t hate the pick.

Also 6 forced fumbles over his career which I’m sure Flus would love

Paris Johnson
John Michael Schmitz
Luke Wypler
Joe Tippman
Bijan Robinson
JSN
Cedric Tillman (just for the internal conflict his name will cause Bears fans)
Michael Mayer
Broderick Jones
Quentin Johnston

I didn't include any defense because no matter how good they are there's no value in protecting a losing score.

My Bears-related PTSD is kicking in.

With selections like that maybe we’d be better off trading our pick.

Rick Mirer, anyone?

Don’t give a shit what espn says. JSN is premier

(Assuming hammy is good of course)
Didn't say you had to but I gave 3 different sources to show somewhat of a consensus. Yes he's a unique talent but you're generally looking for more size and speed in a top 10 drafted WR. He's still a draft choice and we really don't know which ones will end up being premier.

He seems to have the chops to be a can't fail but is that enough for top 10? There's value in that just like when you get a vet but having an average speed slot guy as the top WR only reiterates my point about the position in this draft. I wouldn't hate the pick but think linemen are bigger needs and better values at 9.

Ya. Only a dummy would think about drafting possibly the best player in the draft over a group which very well could have 5 busts in it.

If you think the guy is likely to be special, and you're down to about 4-6 blue chip players, half of whom are likely to suck, you grab him.

The bears can't afford to whiff on this pick.

The 80’s are done man.

1.) Bijan Robinson — best player in the draft.
2.) Christian Gonzalez
3.) Will Anderson
4.) Paris Johnson
5.) JSN
6.) Dalton Kincaid
7.) Devon Witherspoon
8.) Broderick Jones
9.) Anton Harris
10.) Adetomewa Adebewore

These are my top 10 for the Bears. Those who did not have Bijan as one on your list are being disingenuous with the term BPA. Those of you not putting Bijan on your lists are all position scouting and not player scouting.

Having said that, I focused on scheme specific players at OT, disregarded IOL, as none are really in my top 10, but that C out of Wisconsin is close.

Oh, and fuck Carter. His shit’s nowhere near my shit. He, and like I feel, paralleling the Bears, is off my list.
