Well im talking about more recently. There hasnt been one since the 04 Red Sox. Dont get me wrong I still would love to see the Sox go out and spend big bucks like the Yankees, Tigers, Phillies, and Angels. But im not right now so upset because we havent done anything. We filled out hole at 3B well see how that works out. We got a deep young bullpen, and a solid five rotation if Danks is healthy that way we can trade Gavin and let Quintana pitch.

Quintana is still unknown, though. Did he collapse because he got tired, or because the league figured him out?

And if Q is the real thing (which I hope he is), that is the best rotation in baseball with Floyd if everyone is healthy. Why move Floyd and move depth.
