And you believe Led Ballon is the best which no critics agree
See what I mean. And you wonder why. I don’t love Led Zeppelin because of what a critic says. You have said some dumb ass things but that really takes the cake. How can you like a band only by what a critic says about them?

Sorry, having editing issues. This is my guitar. My team got a a nice gift card from Guitar Center a few years back after my passed down old acoustic took a tumble and broke. She is the most beautiful guitar I've ever seen. Not super high end Martin (About $700) but she's perfect for me.
Every time someone mentions Martin guitars I think of this tragedy....

Can't say I have a favorite. I heard Stairway for the first time in a very long time and forgot how good that song actually is when you don't get fatigued from hearing it every 10 seconds on the radio.

I saw where Led Zep actually didn't like Stairway to Heaven, and were pretty much burned out on it. Evidently they forgot how good that song was. Well it looks like they were revived by the performance of the Sisters that ROCK!

@ijustposthere (blind) Willie Dixon died with a net worth of 2 million dollars. He was credited on the first Zeppelin album with 2 songs You shook me and I can’t quit you baby. Jeff Beck also covered You Shook me in his album that came out about 8 months before Led Zeppelin.

@Leomaz I got that Spark amp. Unfortunately, I can't find my guitar cable. Ordered one from Sweetwater, along with a new strap and capo.

Add Kinks, YES, Roxy, Bowie, Nirvana, Stones, Beatles, Crimson, STP, Soundgarden, Little Feat. AC/DC, Radiohead. Hard to pick a favorite if you have diverse tastes and honestly, for me and if it's all inclusive beyond harder rock, Joni may be it and the most influential on the entire music scene across genres.

Here's a Tori Amos song for you rockers.

If you get a chance, watch a 2 part series named Laurel Canyon. Awesome stuff.

Hendrix, Eddie, John McLaughlin, Al Dimeola, and of course Trey are some of my fave guitarists, but I'm really partial to Zappa lately.

Nice list, but I'd add Satriani as well. I always wanted to see a super-band of:

Joe Satriani: guitar
Vic Wooten: bass
Neil Peart (rest in peace): drums

You can debate who is the greatest guitar player, but Vic Wooten -- to me -- is easily the best bassist ever.
