Anyone use any supplements for their workouts? Post your favorites.

I just want a shake power that has a lot of vitamins for a morning breakfast substitution. I drink a whey protein powder now and add peanut butter but not a ton of vitamins in the shake.
Just get one of those Carnation Instant Start things.
Are they really? I thought it was like a dozen packs for like 8 bucks. That's better than most prices you'll see even online.they are no fun and expensive.
