Yep.

Supplementation in an effective sense, means you're taking something you are lacking otherwise to supplement an existing diet. For everyone and their diet, that is going to be something different for each person, if anything is even needed at all.

I just want a shake power that has a lot of vitamins for a morning breakfast substitution. I drink a whey protein powder now and add peanut butter but not a ton of vitamins in the shake.

they are no fun and expensive.
Are they really? I thought it was like a dozen packs for like 8 bucks. That's better than most prices you'll see even online.

No takers? Supplements are unregulated and basically worthless. Don't waste your $!

Depends on the brand I think. There are some major brands out there and they wouldn't still be in business if word got out that their products are shit. Are you telling me creatine is worthless? I don't think so. How about whey protein? Not worthless either.
