That is all well and good, but they already have the programming for it. What is stopping them from implementing it 1 year after release. A substantial amount of devices will be sold in the first year.
I am not saying they would do it. I am just saying they have the update already programmed and it was their original intention.
I just don't trust them nearly enough. That is a huge 180 in a week. It is to easy for them to go back on it once the device is purchased. Original intentions do mean something.

Right, and the bigger issue is Microsoft generally doesn't honor their word, when it comes to granting end-user freedoms. Not that Sony is a lot better, but with the Xbone fiasco, Sony looks like a saint in comparison.

The Xbone controller uses AA batteries still. You can buy a charging pack for $25 though, which also comes with a charging cable.

I recently switched from PS4 to Xbox One. I'm most looking forward to the new Bungie project, Destiny. But I would like to play Watch Dogs ASAP.

I'm starting to get really hyped for Titanfall. I saw some more recent gameplay and this game looks like a ton of fun and I'm sure it's gonna be a big hit for the system. I'm not sure about Destiny yet, but since it's by Bungie, I'm sure it'll be good.

Titanfall does look like a really good game. It won a ton of awards at E3. I'm pretty excited to dive into the multiplayer in that game tbh. After this November I'm going to be broke lol I pre-ordered the system along with 6 games. Never spent that much money in my life.

I should have pre-ordered before I spent all my post-homebuying money on furniture and appliances.
