We paid 7m for Concepcion with up to 8+m in incentives. We basically just paid him Gerrit Cole type money except he doesn't have #1 pitcher upside he has Randy Wells:bizarro: type upside some scouts say and others say he has #4 type upside.
Kind of a waste IMO we way overpaid IMO glad we did something but really overspent. Hopefully he proves scouts wrong but I dont get paying so much with low upside.

Willy Mo Pena probably wishes he was Cuban he could probably get 30m in the open market easy he had the same body type. Just because he could put a show on in BP and had a body that looked like he was a beast doesnt mean Willy was worth 60m. Am I the only one who gets the feel of he is Willy mo 2.0??
