At the risk of being labeled as, "Above It All," I try to stay even keel with my Bears fandom. Sure, I like it when they win, but I never let it affect my mood like I think it does other people. The Bulls....well that's another story.

The most pissed I've ever been was after the '95 season when they just let Jeff Graham go. After a bizzaro world of watching a fun offense that could actually throw forward passes with ease and had 2 good receivers they just let the actual lynch pin of said offense go bc....Bears.

I didn't watch most of '96 besides just watching the lowlights on NFL primetime bc i was so pissed.

And living in NY the asswhoopin' they got against the Giants in the '90 playoffs surrounded by Giants fans was annoying.

Oh, also being at the game when the Giants set the record for most sacks in a half in 2010. I wasn't really mad bc I knew something like that was going to happen.

Highs:

Neal running 42 yards and diving into the endzone in '91 to laugh at said Giants fans

SB 20

Highest: Super Bowl XX, Devin Hester's return for a touchdown in the Indy SB.
Lowest: The night Sayers and Butkus's jerseys were retired and we got the brakes beaten off us in a driving rainstorm.

My Highest High was my Lowest Low. Upon the Hester return in the SB I jumped up, fist pumped, and broke the shit out of my hand on the ceiling. Never mind the rest of that shitshow game

I am not taking the bait. This is merely an attempt by upper management to ignite conversation. If I were answering the question, the high has to be the 85 Bears Super Bowl, a second high was the the very last set of downs in 1984 when it became apparent to me and the rest of the world that the next year was ours.

The low 2010 NFC Championship game.

Yeah I was too young in 85 so I excluded that

This years Packers game went from very high to very low. But historically the Bears Super Bowl victory was the highest. Walter dying was the lowest.

Neal is such an underappreciated RB by most Bears fans. I'm guessing it was because he replaced Payton. But...he was SO versatile...Ditka could even line him up as an outside WR.

Best moment: The MNF "The Bears are who we thought they were" comeback against Arizona in 2006. Not so much for the game itself which was awesome but more so the personal achievement surrounding the events of the game that night. Had a girl over that I was hadn't yet been able to seal the deal with... cool girl but for whatever reason she was being annoying after we smoked and started nodding off on the coach at halftime so I sent her away to my room like a child to nap or whatever lol. I then proceed to completely forget she's in my house as the comeback unfolds and I'm ripping victory bongs after every turnover. Game ends and I bust into my room high as a kite hollering like we just won the SB at which point I realize she's still here and that she's completely naked in my bed for god only knows how long lol. So not only did I get to enjoy one of the best Bears comebacks of my lifetime annoyance free, by ignoring her I was rewarded with great drunk/high sex. Important life lessons were learned that day my friends lol.

Worst moment: The SB loss later that same year. Lost my voice screaming like a lunatic at the Hester opening kickoff return. Proceeded to drink myself into oblivion as the wheels came off the wagon the entire rest of the game. Don't remember much of the 2nd half. Just glad I didn't waste money going to see that game in person since it was down in Miami. Good lord what a waste of an opportunity.

Ha cool that's actually my video. I made it bc there was literally nothing on him at the time as if he never existed. It's a shame how forgotten he is. I couldn't even get decent quality video for just about all of it, it's all vhs to dvd transfers

I was at that Raider game. No question, it was frustrating.

Highs: The whole 1985 season. It was an amazing year. Thrashing the arrogant Cowboys 44-0 was fun.
Witnessing all of Payton's awesome career. What a football player...
The day they drafted Wilbur Marshall. He was a beast at Florida and I knew he'd be great for the Bears.
I was excited for the Cutler, Marshall and Mack trades.
The 2006 Super Bowl season was enjoyable. What a shame that Tommie Harris and Mike Brown could not play in the big game. Harris was as good as any player
in the NFL that year until he tore his hamstring.
Lows:
Drafting McNown over Culpepper...
Drafting Enis instead of Moss
The 2010 NFC Championship Game
Losing to the Redskins in the playoffs in 86 and 87
Losing the NFC Championship Game in 88 - I had two great seats for the Super Bowl
Trestman
Reading this board on Monday after a win and seeing the meatball brigade jumping on Trubisky
