I'm switching over to the Chiefs-49ers game that I forgot was on. No reason to keep watching the shitshow that is Washingtion-Carolina.

And if you wait and miss it at the very very end, the game's over anyway just in a different order. The point is you need a 2 pt conversion, either now or later. The order you go for it does not change you need a 2 pt conversion and that if you miss it, you need another possession.

So, imo, either strategy is valid.

You are correct sir.

Even if Daniels is cleared to return, I doubt he does. Why risk making the injury worse when you're stomping the Panthers?

Niners might miss the playoffs - their schedule is fucking brutal.

Purdy isn't worth the big money he's going to want.

Goff is ass
Jared Goff recorded a 140 passer rating in the Lions win today, his 3rd-straight game with a passer rating of 140+. Goff is the 4th QB in
NFL history with a passer rating of 140+ in 3 straight games, joining Aaron Rodgers, Roger Staubach & Kurt Warner.

Ass indeed.

LOL....the whole point is that it's the end of the game. You need the ball and there's no time to keep giving it back to the other team. There's no time for multiple possessions, you need to keep it at one. When he failed....it pretty much ended the game. The other team can go into kill clock mode. You want to keep them playing....maybe a TO.....not gonna happen when they are killing clock.
You are listening to the narrative announcers keep pushing!

What difference does it make if you "keep it at one" and fail the 2 point conversion later? If you do NOT convert the 2 point conversion, you can't tie with two TDs.

If you succeed, getting 7 and then 8 is no better than getting 8 and then 7.
If you fail, getting 6 before 7 is no worse than getting 6 after 7.

But if you get 8 first, you then have an option to get another 8 instead of playing for OT.

There is no downside to trying 8 first. Only upside.

The only perceived downside is that you can't say you lost by one score if you don't get the second TD. And that means nothing.
