See thats where you are wrong, if he had a throwing ball it would have made its way around the cornerback into the receivers arms. Thats the difference between a kicking and receiving ball. Now that I think about it, maybe Cutler has been using a kicking ball this whole time. Thats why he throws all those interceptions.

lol

Did anyone else here during his press conference that "it would have been nice to get a throwing ball instead of a kicking ball on the 2 point conversion"? Is it really getting to that point for him to blame the ball aas the reason for missing the two point conversion?

What do you expect? He's the man :smug2:

So who's job is it to handle all these different balls? I'm not sure I would want just anyone handling my balls.

There is a difference. Kicking balls are more slippery i believe. Same ball just worn in differently i think.

Yeah, they aren't as worn so they don't have the same grip. It wouldn't have matter on that play anyway, it's not like he had a guy open and missed him.

NFL not fining Packers players for comments

Something with their rules on social media don't cover what players say only when they can and can't post. Also, Belichick will be fined. Just reported on NFLN.

I heard the NFL was considering fining Jay for his body language, citing that it "was detrimental to the league."

Stupid. They censor everything else. NFL better prepare themselves for players posting inflammatory shit on FB/Twitter.

Yeah, that seems sketchy. They probably SHOULD do something about it. But first and foremost, bring back the real refs.

Total PR bullshit. They want this call to die so aren't doing anything to prolong the story. Looks like the refs aren't the only ones making bad calls.

At least the players now know how to get around fines.
