3rd pick is not bad at all. with the unloading of guys at the deadline, I can see the rockies winning more than the cubs for you to leap frog for the number 2.

Houston will still suck next year.... and will be in a tougher situation with the Angels and Rangers in the same division. Houston will be lucky to win 50 games next year.

I forgot about them moving. You're right. Rangers, Angels, and even Athletics are going to feast on them. They might get some wins against the Mariners though...

KC lost (boo :cubstroll:) but Cubs get some space between themselves and SD and MIN. Might gain a game on COL if the Rockies can hold on. Kept pace with Astros :fist:

If Garza isn't pitching the rest of the year, we will give it a strong run. Probably will come up short, but an Astro like tailspin is quite likely given a rotation of Shark, Wood, Germano, Raley, Volstad.
