My favorite teams

Sharp does have a NMC or a NTC.

No, I didn't say that, it's just like people are acting like he's already gone, just curious as to where they think he's going. If it's the same pipe dream like Sharp for Kesler, it's not happening. Why would Vancouver make that trade? If Teuvo was included, why the hell would the Hawks make that trade? Thornton? With his near 7 million dollar cap hit for two more years? Why?

Lots of options for Sharp if he were to waive his NTC. Loads of teams that would welcome Sharp and loads of different ways to trade him. this is what GM's get paid to do. "Brian Campbell will never be able to be traded" still echoes loudly. We all know that was a bunch of bullshit that was. Anyone is tradeable at any time and there are always ways to make trades work.

Yah I don't think you would ever see a straight up Sharp for Kesler deal as that does nothing for Vancouver but low and behold there are still a shit load of other teams in the league and there are such thing as three way deals (although rare in the cap world). Can still make more than one deal with one team to aguirre the likes of the Kesler. Hawks have a big chip to play with Sharp if they chose to go that road and Sharp waives his clause. If they don't bother then not a big deal either not as if Sharp will stop producing with the Hawks next season. Say what you want about Sharp in the playoffs but he wasn't the only guy shitting the bed on offence. Once again where the **** was Hossa on the scoresheet?

Hossa was too busy backchecking to bail out Leddy and Oduya's mistakes.

Not really, just asking where people think he's going to be traded to and for who, because all the things I've read doesn't seem possible or make any sense.

I can only speak with assumptions and what teams I think Sharp would play well with. All that other stuff regarding cap fitting and what the returns are for the actual GMs of the league to figure out. Not sure what you are reading Variable if its legit factual information or just fan ramble or media ramble or even team ramble but its probably not best to take anything you read about hockey trades at face value these days. Anything can happen at any time even if odds are low. Please link some of these articles you are reading if you can would be interesting fodder. If its twitter shit though never mind dont want to see it as its instant bullshit.

anyways I'll give a list of teams where I think Sharp would fit just based on talent and teams that would benefit having him. Again all those other things like cap space etc..dont give a **** about it Ill let those teams GM's deal with that. And of course can't speak for Sharp himself if he would waive his clause for these teams.

1) Montreal = They may not resign Vanek if they don't it opens up a big spot on LW behing Pacioretti. Add team leadership and he fits the system the Habs play.

2) Bluejackets = Always need help esp on LW but Hartnell just being traded there probably takes the need down.

3) Tampa Bay = Team needs more leadership and even help on the LW behind if not ahead of Palat.

4) Ottawa = With Spezza leaving someone like Sharp would be a massive welcome addition to a young team which also needs depth LW help if not a guy that can play center if that option were there for himself and the team.

5) New Jersey = Elias cant continue to be the dominant LW in new jersey.

6) Flyers = LW spot just opened up with hartnell being delt. But Umberger will probably play lw there.

7) Islanders = always need LW help and they keep trading their LWers away. Can't see Sharp waiving his NTC for the Island though lol who would?

8) Washington = jesus they need talent upfront on LW that do backcheck.

9) Florida = much like the Islanders doubt Sharp would play there but they need

**** it you can see where this is going and I am just putting eastern conference teams into this right now. **** it throw every Eastern team in there as ones that would do well with a player like Sharp (Bruins probably don't have pressing needs though but it wouldn't hurt them either).

If he plays center in Toronto then yes thats a good team for him even though the Leafs don't lack scoring they lack defense. Otherwise he gets buried on the LW after Van Remsdyke and Lupul (although Lupul is always hurt). Leafs dont really need LWers they certainly need center depth though and Sharp would be good there. More pressing needs are blueliners though. Leafs would do well with big Buff going there (who is rumored to be on the move out of Winnipeg).

If the Hawks want to move Sharp for a guy like Evander Kane out of Winnipeg I'll be the first to call Stan and support the move and press Sharp to waive his NTC to go there (not sure why the **** he would want to play in shitty Winnipeg though and I bet his wife would veto the idea). Doesn't help our center issues but **** sakes E Kane is a fine LWer himself and adds some attitude to the Hawks on the LW which is needed.
