Law of averages say that the Sharks will get back in the series tonight, but you know what? **** averages, let's go up 3-0 tonight, let's get crazy folks. If the Hawks come to play as a unit tonight I have a feeling we walk out up 3-0 in the series with a very real chance to close out on Sunday. First things first, win tonight boys!
Biscuit's premonition is that SJ will score one or two goals before the 'Hawks score, however the 'Hawks will win this game and go up 3-0. Book it!.
Biscuit's premonitions are never wrong!

hawks showed so much poise tonight after all the shit officiating.

Bolland...WOW. What a way to make the officials eat your shit!!!

Im so freaking proud of these guys right now!!!

Toews congrats on breaking one of the many Hawk records you will break. You just broke a very prestigeous one. I know you are to humble to admit it but you are having one of the greatest playoffs in Hawks history and NHL histroy.

WOW!! I love these Hawks. Every stinking one of them.

Yea, this team is now poised to win. Glad that they are playing at this level now, as they are now the team to beat...and the officials proved for the 3rd game in a row that they cannot beat them, and neither can the Sharks.

As far as Toews, I am surprised that the record he set was not announced at the game.

Series will be closed out on Sunday.

They did highlight Toews' accomplishment on the VERSUS feed.

Hawks had 3 of 4 PPs in game 2.

Regardless, the Sharks have had 12 PPs to the Hawks 6. (ridiculous)

Timely goaltending and timely goal scoring have us on the cusp of the Finals!

It goes beyond the minor penalty calls. It also includes things like off-sides, where the puck drop is, etc that is questionable.

But, absolutely the goaltending has been a major factor. Niemi, while having vasoline on his stick tonight, has looked more poised this series that Nabby. Tonight, Nabby really looked like he did not know where the puck was on many occasions.

Bolland was bad all game til he scored that goal, that was awesome. Hossa has a weak game compared to what we've seen all playoffs... Toews once again comes up big. Glad to see him break the Blackhawk's playoff point streak at such a young age! Signs of things to come!

Antti Niemi Steals Another One:

44/46 Saves (.957 SV%)

2 Goals Against (1.66 GAA)
Have to disagree to an extent. Bolland took some penalties and never like seeing that. But the Bolland line drove the Sharks crazy all night and he had a hand in 2 of the 3 Hawk goals.
Nice video. But outside of the penalties, I still think Bolland and his linemates did well for themselves.

Hossa........his time will come.

Congrats to Toews. Amazing he didn't even have one shot on goal in the game according to the stats.

Niemi---unreal. And to not vote him as one of the 3 stars is a joke. **** Marleau and his 2 goals. He lost.

And where did Versus find those announcers?

Talk about a couple of clueless ass clowns.

Even when Foley and Nocheck are yukkin it up they have a better idea of what's going on than those two fucksticks.

Dude, I so Agree with you I have never seen these ass clowns myself, even the camera angles were bad at times. We had the puck and the fuckin camera guy is showing Mortons Steak House on the boards. What a freakin joke.

a little art to go along with this post.. Niemi has been saying :naughty: to most shots at him. While Nabby has been  when the hawks are coming at him. Joe thornton and his excuses :violin: and Povelski makes you  if he is the missing twin brother of Steeger.

I have to disagree also. Bolland was having a grerat game. 2 of those 3 penalties were very ticky tacky calls. Seems like Thornton bitched to the officials about Bolland and they were Bolland hunting all night. Guy wasn't able to fart on the ice without the officials calling him. Officals were fucking horrible. To the point of disgust. When a guy like Toews is flipping out about officiating you know something is wrong...because he rarely gives it to the officials. The league should be ashamed of the officiating this series. I mean honestly.

That game winning goal was all Bolland also. That pass to Buff and the eye Bolland showed there was sick!!

Thanks! I'll be at Sunday's game in 327 as well. I'm gonna bring my camera to that and hopefully will catch more goals.

I'm uploading the video I have of the first goal right now, but YouTube seems to be down. You can hear my buddy (he posts here, clcfball11) and I in both videos ridiculously clearly, especially that Bolland video when Chelsea Dagger comes on

I was just in disbelief of how solid Niemi was playing and I was also yelling at Marleau, almost lost my voice. I am starting to love Buffys fly-by celebration

With the way the officiating has been in this series, there really is no stopping this team. They have beat the officials AND the Sharks in two out of the three games thus far. I have never seen worse double standards than what I saw in games 1 and 3. If you're going to call the ticky tack BULLSHIT, you call it BOTH FUCKING WAYS YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES. Toronto really had NO CHOICE but to overrule that goal, because the penalty that lead to it was fucking HORSESHIT. The officials tried their hardest to give San Jose games 1 and 3, and failed miserably. I don't see any scenario in which the Hawks don't close this out on Sunday. San Jose is defeated. Their coach actually answered a question tonight with "I don't know what more we can do." LOL

I honestly don't think I've ever agreed with you more Pez.

Spot on! It was clear the NHL was trying to keep San Jose around tonight. Those who didn't see it I don't know what game they were watching.

Domination of the conference finals just isn't good for the NHL. They really couldn't make it any more obvious if they tried. Hawks are dominating, and the Sharks get away with 3-4 borderline hook/hold calls. First chance the officials get to call the Hawks for one of those same penalties they just let SJ get away with, they take it. It's really ridiculous. I expect the officials to be even more terrible on Sunday, but I also expect the Hawks to ratchet up their play even more than they did tonight. It was obvious pretty much every player and coach on the Hawks was upset with the officiating tonight. When you see guys like Toews and Hossa giving it to the officials, you KNOW it is bad.
