He's closer to being a top-6 center than Handzus was last season.

If you put him in between a pair of the Hawks top-6 wingers I don't think he's going to slow them down that much, if at all.

except we have Richards right now, who plays fantastic with Versteeg and Kane.
Q has proven that he isn't budging off Shaw as third line center
Richards and Q have proven that Richards is useless as a fourth line center (because why wouldn't he be?)

Also, Pez is closer to being a top-6 center than Handzus was last season, doesn't mean I'm okay with it.

Wait... we can get Pez on the top 2? LIke... without having to move sharp? Can the locker room handle him and carbomb together?

Is TT a top six center at this time?

Not at this time. But, he does project to be a top six center. The other guys seem to have 3rd line ceiling. Remains to be seen though. And I'm pretty sure McNeill has been playing wing, as has been mentioned.

But you can put great wingers with Teuvo. If they wanted they could have a line of Sharp Teuvo and Saad and still have a pretty damn good top two lines. Q does change, it usually takes until their backs are against the wall, but he does change. Like I said before, hopefully he's learned from last year's playoff that willingly shortening your bench isn't the best idea.

Not sure Teuvo is ready to line up at center in the NHL, at least not defensively. Center, IMO, is the toughest skating position to play as there is so much more responsibility in the defensive zone than a winger would have. It doesn't matter if his wingers were Jere Lehtinen and Bob Gainey, if you can't cover and be in the correct position, you're a liability.

Well it's either get his 12-13 minutes of experience per game now or be thrown into it next season without as much help and being depended on more. Not sure how many more minutes people want him to play with the team they have right now.
