That, arguably, might be best for Moore, but hugely detrimental to the team so he's stuck on this roller coaster...plus no one is giving up a first round pick after the tape Moore put out for 2024.

I could see him being an attractive option for one of the teams picking very late in the first. Buffalo and Kansas City would be interested.

Not nearly as much as he used to.
Bears are 22nd in Cap Space.
Although if they don't re-sign anyone this offseason and don't sign any free agents, they'll be back in the top 10, so they've got that going for them.

I think Kmet is a starting caliber NFL TE. I don't think he's great. But his "success rate" of 42 catches in 50 targets is off the charts by Bears' standards. Caleb is terribly inaccurate....all of the WRs are below 50% and somehow even Williams throwing dump offs to Swift/Johnson/'Homer' has only a 50% success rate.

Scheme doesn’t make you drop passes or run lazy routes. Only Fields got Kmet to work and that’s because Kmet was the the emergency option when the play broke down

Kmet didnt have a drop the prior two years i believe and was one of the most reliable pass catchers in the NFL
He's also one of the highest players in separation distance the last few years.
He also was top 3 in TD's the last few years.
This is just a bad scheme, kmet isnt kittle or kelce but he's a borderline top 10 TE who is in a shit scheme with a rookie TE. If he was on the packers he'd be tearing it up right now.
