Oh, well ya...alot of the players have not been playing up to potential...i misunderstood your gripe with the team, my bad...

Like I said though, last night's game was promising to see Toews, Kane, and Keith getting into grooves

not a whole lot :) u gonna get into hockey this year or what?

i always enjoyed watching hockey. the only this is that i dont know all the statistics about hockey like i know with the nba. like positions and stats. :(

Also, did you ever really establish some clear expectations? One might state that there are 29 "disasters" every year.

I figured that the Hawks slow start must be because my black Patty Kane sweater ran out of magic after last season. So I went out and got a red Toews sweater. Hopefully this will be the start of a big turn around..... since I am too broke to be buying a new sweater every few weeks.

Still, that's a really unrealistic way to set the bar at whether a season is a disaster or not...

I guess Philly's season was a disaster last year, they only got the 8th seed!!!

stop bringing that up. how often does the 8th seed make it to the cup finals? how often does the 8th seed win the cup?
