Roquan held out because that's what Noshoquan did. That should've became obvious with his second hold out a year before it was time to hold out.
He either didn't want to play for the Bears or he wanted any excuse he could find to not work.
The 1st problem was with the CBA allegedly. Have the Bears ever screwed anyone over for that penalty? Bears take care of their defense

The Bears and Williams have been talking long before the draft. I'm sure if there were any odd issues they were figured out before Williams said yes and the Bears drafted.
Like Odunze these are your two highest picks. This is probably the delayed hype crap for a slow news time of year.
There's not much to work out unless you simply don't want to play for the team that drafted you.

They're trying to hid it and even had Matt Nagy fly back to Chicago and say it was just back tightness but we all know that the real Matt Nagy returned to his mothership two years ago. Caleb’s team gonna do it on his schedule. Why break from whatever you are doing to go back to Halas hall to sign. You’re right about odunze, can’t see him missing time…or Caleb for that matter. He seems way too invested to let it be an issue….but any problems with this signing will only multiply upon the 2nd contract,
