I can understand that.
It seems that with certain posters, if you're not slurping lebron's knob, then you're bashing him and don't know shit about basketball.
I will never deny that lebron is a great player. I get mad at him because he isn't as good as he should be. Top it off the fact that he's got a major inferiority complex and it makes me think that he just doesn't get it.
He's got more raw talent than anyone that has ever graced the court. Yet, he doesn't even get how great he can be. He make it so there is no doubt who the best of all time is, but he will never get there now. He spent too many years playing around and trying to win when it suited him and not because he lived and died for winning a title.
He's already the most talented player in the association, so who is there to compare him to? The all-time greats apparently. So, going on that, you have to look at his titles of which he has none. He can't join the likes of Kareem, Jordan, Magic, Kobe (even), Russell, Duncan, Oscar, Bird without the ring. He has to get more than one. He needs 3 or more to even approach the discussion.
I know some people will disagree with that, but that's the standard I hold him to. Because that's the type of player we are looking at. He's got the potential to be up there. All of those players put up stats in their day, but what separates them from the rest is the rings being the leader of the team.
Attack me all you want, but this is MY opinion, you don't have to agree.
