It was trash day, while neighborhood looks like a garbage dump lol
Man, when I lived in townhouses, high wind days always seemed to happen on garbage day. Since I've moved into a single family home, haven't had it happen thankfully.

Got the wife at home scrambling to save our porch garden. I may be trapped at the office if those wind gusts don't come down to under 70 MPH by the time it gets this far east.

This shit hit right as I was leaving work. Fucking trees down everywhere. Had to drive under some sagging power lines and through someone's yard to get home. No power here but no damage other than trees and branches down. Neighbors are going nuts with chainsaws. They need more weed and liquor!

Had a lovely weekend in Indian Rocks Beach. Got back today, and the house was hot as hell. Condenser tripped the breaker, so I reset it and it tripped again. Got an AC dude out to look at it and the condenser is shot. We had some nasty storms over the weekend here too so I'm wondering if it was lightning related, although the thing is pretty old. Hopefully we can get it fixed quickly, FL in August with no AC isn't a lot of fun.

So, my neighborhood, that storm was nothing.. Go a mere 5 blocks north, and every tree is down in that neighborhood. Seemingly the same thing is east, west, and south of me. Strange. I seem to be in a protection bubble.
