Wasn't expecting it but we got hit with a "squall" here in town. So much that the weather alert system went off and suggested no travel for at least an hour....

LoL couple of inches, nothing really on the roads afterwards, but damn it was coming down hard for like 45 minutes.

Some of my west coast pals were sharing photos of snow in Malibu a couple of days ago. They said it came down as hail in the valleys, but if you got above sea level...you actually got snow in Southern California.

I lived in Phx for awhile and there was one time that I saw actual snow there. I was driving to work and there were flakes hitting the windshield for about 5 minutes. really really light, obviously nothing stuck on the ground, but it was interesting how excited people were that had lived their entire lives there.

Coming down heavy in DC with the snow, the National Mall is absolutely beautiful, PICTURES TO FOLLOW
