This cold is getting tiresome.
I have to keep my new pooch on a leash for the next few weeks to go outside while he finishes healing... and it suuuuuuuuuuuucks in this weather.
He is a youngun and his needs are immediate and frequent.
There I sit all cozy, dude comes up, whines, and farts a toxic cloud warning of impending disaster.
Then, the mad rush to the door so he can spend 10 minutes reading his pee-mail and selecting the perfect spot to log out.
I am half tempted to set my clothes on fire just to warm up.

Yeah, this weather fucking sucks. Consistent wind chills of -20. And it decided to snow again last night another 2-3 inches. I'm running out of places to put it. Mounds at the end of my drive are at least 8 ft tall. We've had more than 50 inches to this point, which is some sort of record apparently. Ready for it to get back in the 30s.

I can't remember. Did we post the pic here of the Omaha forecast from a week or so ago, where the projected high temps shown on screen for 7 straight days were 8-6-7-5-3-0-9?

Ya'll are making me cold. I didn't realize the temps / snow were that bad up there. Last time I talked to my parents it sounded like the winter was pretty mild, but that was a few weeks ago.

It has been mild but that is over. Rango wanted out this morning until I opened the door. He turned around and gave me the Fuck This look. It's a bitch trying to toss an 80 lb dog outside if he doesn't want to go. Wife thought it was very funny.
