Rizzo was far away from bag on DEF of shift. Castro waited a bit long for him to get to 1B. needed to throw the ball before Rizzo got settled at 1st.

Since no run scored, I'm fine with it. No reason to throw an error if timing was off. He was talked too, but it may have been a smart ove by Castro.
