Unless something magic happens in the next inning I fear there will be no Cubs highlights tonight.

Good last-gasp AB by Brett Jackson...worked it full despite a bad strike two call.

I hope Volstad never steps foot on a mound sporting Cubs threads again. Dude is :turrible: At least call up somebody else and let them lose uring a learning process. Volstad is not good now nor fofr our future. Where is a McNutt, Maples, Simpson or the upper deck beer vendor? Anyone but Volstad. Mordecai Brown's severed fingers can pitch better than Volstad.

That was tough to sit though that game was almost worst than the last playoff game I went 2. The whole IF made a error and it was 9-0 after 2. This wasn't as bad but still awful.

That was tough to sit though that game was almost worst than the Pacers games I went 2. The whole IF made a error and it was 9-0 after 2. This wasn't as bad but still awful.

Cubs elimination numbers: 23 for the division, 29 for the wild card. 24.5 games back of Cincinnati, 18.5 back of the second wild card.

Bet CNM's glad he went to last night's game
