Just because the Chiefs want two firsts doesn't mean the Bears have to offer that. Poles can pick up the phone and see if they are willing to negotiate and/or see if they have an interest in any of our players.

Chiefs picked Hill in the 5th round, got the best years of his career out of him, won a super bowl, went to 4 straight AFC title games and then traded him before he got crazy expensive for 5 draft picks (4 of which are higher than the round he was picked) in a year where good wide receiver prospects are available. Bill Belichick would be proud.

Chiefs picked Hill in the 5th round, got the best years of his career out of him, won a super bowl, went to 4 straight AFC title games and then traded him before he got crazy expensive for 5 draft picks (4 of which are higher than the round he was picked) in a year where good wide receiver prospects are available. But KC isn’t trying to trade for Darnell Mooney or a guy they just let leave in Pringle. They want picks. The Bears dont have the resources. And trading away a bunch of resources for a guy like Hill is exactly what I thought the Bears are trying to avoid anyway. You’re being negative and creating this anti Poles narrative, but what you want them to do is questionable at best.
